If you have tickets to an event that was cancelled or rescheduled, you will have received information in advance regarding this via Ticketmaster or directly from the booking source.
Rescheduled Events: Tickets remain valid for the new date.
Cancelled Events: Credit card refunds are automatically refunded onto the card that was used to make the purchase.
ALL tickets purchased at a Ticketmaster outlet must be returned to the same Ticketmaster outlet.
Due to unforeseen scheduling conflicts and logistics challenges, the DUDE PERFECT show scheduled for Friday 13 September 2024 at The SSE Arena, Belfast is being postponed to Thursday 11 September 2025. We do hope that you can attend the rescheduled show in 2025, though refunds are available from the original point of purchase if you are unable to attend.
