WHAT IS THE RUNNING TIME?

Disney on Ice productions vary in length, but average between 1 ½ - 2 hours. This includes a 15–20-minute interval.

WHAT TIME DOES THE SHOW BEGIN?

Show times are advertised on this event page and should also be displayed on your ticket.

WHICH SEATING PLAN WILL BE USED FOR THESE SHOWS?

I AM SUPPOSED TO BE ATTENDING DISNEY ON ICE BUT CANNOT ACCESS MY E-TICKETS?

Please check your Ticketmaster app for e-tickets. These can be found under ‘My Events’. If you cannot see them here, please contact Ticketmaster directly via: How to Contact us – Ticketmaster Help

I HAVE TICKETS FOR THE HEINEKEN GREEN ROOM, WHERE DO I ENTER?

For access to the Heineken Green Room, please enter the arena via the indoor Odyssey Place entrance.

HOW DO I ACCESS THE SSE LOUNGE/ THE SKY LOUNGE?

If you are an SSE customer, access to the SSE lounge can be booked via your SSE Rewards account. If you are a Sky customer, access to the Sky Lounge can be booked via your Sky account.

CAN I GET A REFUND OR EXCHANGE MY TICKETS?

No, tickets cannot be exchanged from one performance to another. Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded unless there is a cancellation or postponement of the event.

CAN I USE A WALKING AID TO ACCESS MY SEATS? IS THERE ANYWHERE TO STORE THESE FOR THE DURATION OF THE SHOW?

Yes, walking aids can be used to assist with access to seats. Staff can then store these safely for the duration of the show and return them when required. If you need more support, speak to staff at the concierge desk in the Arena's front foyer.

CAN I PRE-BOOK PARKING?

Parking is allocated first come first served. Spaces cannot be pre-booked. There are disabled parking spaces located within the main arena car park, subject to availability.

DO YOU HAVE AN ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE?

We operate a separate entrance on event nights for those with accessibility requirements. This door is typically labelled as the media door and a member of staff will be on hand here to provide you with assistance and support.

IS THERE A BABE IN ARMS POLICY IN PLACE FOR THIS SHOW?

Under 24 months can attend without their own ticket.

DO I HAVE TO DOWNLOAD MY TICKETS?

Your Ticketmaster mobile tickets have a unique barcode that automatically refreshes every few seconds, keeping your tickets safe and secure. View and save your tickets via Ticketmaster to your smartphone wallet before arriving at the arena. Screenshots of your tickets may not grant your entrance to the event.

ARE THERE ANY BUGGY PARKING FACILITIES AT THE ARENA?

Yes, we offer buggy parking facilities for a small fee. Please speak to staff upon arrival. They will be able to point you in the right direction.

CAN I WEAR A COSTUME TO THE SHOW?

Costumes worn by guests 14 years of age or older are not permitted; this is to reduce confusion for young children.

CAN MY CHILD GET A SHOUT OUT FOR THEIR BIRTHDAY?

Unfortunately, due to overwhelming demand, shout outs cannot be facilitated.

WILL THERE BE MERCHANDISE AT THE SHOW? CAN I PAY WITH CASH?

Yes, official merchandise can be purchased at the show. Please note that CARD PAYMENTS ONLY will be accepted. This is a cashless event.

Disney On Ice presents Road Trip Adventures skates into Belfast this winter.

Prepare for a fun-filled excursion to iconic Disney destinations, as Disney On Ice returns to The SSE Arena, Belfast this December.

Grab your mouse ears and get ready as Disney On Ice presents Road Trip Adventures skates back into Belfast, whisking families away on an immersive getaway full of magical participatory moments. Featuring new and classic tales, get ready to enter the enchanting Disney Kingdom as this multi-generational experience skates into an arena near you, with world-class skating, high-flying acrobatics and up-close character interactions.

The production will travel throughout the UK, visiting Birmingham, Nottingham, Newcastle, Manchester, Sheffield and London – including The SSE Arena, Belfast from Thursday 5th December to Sunday 8^th December.

Hit the road with Mickey Mouse and his pals for a high-octane ride in Disney On Ice presents Road Trip Adventures, experiencing the fantastic Disney and Pixar adventures of Mary Poppins Returns, Toy Story 4, Incredibles 2, The Lion King, Aladdin, Moana, and Frozen all in one ice show. Behind the scenes, supporting the cast of Disney On Ice presents Road Trip Adventures is a team of choreographers and set and costume designers who create 103 props and 275 different costumes, which is all transported in 17 trucks from city to city, taking approximately 14 hours to set up.

Exciting twists and turns await as Mickey, Minnie, Goofy and guests of all ages embark on an interactive and memory-rich adventure to iconic Disney destinations. See the world from the rooftops of London with Mary Poppins and Jack and his band of dancing lamplighters. Travel to the sun-soaked Motunui and help Moana restore the heart of Te Fiti. Set off on a safari and snap unforgettable photos of wild cheetahs and monkeys when guests traverse through the Pride Lands with Simba, Timon and Pumbaa. Discover a whole new world and be swept up in Aladdin’s princely parade filled with spectacular stunts, magical moments with Genie, and a brand-new song from Jasmine that will render the audience “Speechless.” Mosey on over to a larger-than-life comedic carnival and team up with Woody and Bo Peep as they search for their new friend Forky. Fans will hit a high note with Mickey and pals while singing along to beloved Disney tunes as they welcome Merida, Belle, Ariel, Mulan and Tiana to the ice.
