The lounge is open for all events at The SSE Arena, Belfast including Belfast Giants home games

There is a maximum allocation of 5 upgrades per person, including the ticket holder (SSE Reward member)

Please go to the SSE Reward entrance, located to the right of the main arena entrance. You will be able to collect your wristbands at the SSE Reward desk

If your lounge upgrade was approved before 31 January 2025, we will have your name on our list, you don’t need to bring anything.

If you are hoping to get access to the SSE Reward lounge on a first come, first-served basis, simply show us proof of your SSE Airtricity account by presenting any communication from SSE Airtricity that includes your account number.
