Dear Guest Thank you for your custom and we look forward to providing the best experience possible during your visit to The SSE Arena’s Heineken Green Room. To help ensure this, please take a few moments to read the following notes:
Event timings
- Door opening time is listed on the ticket.
- Timings for support and main acts cannot be confirmed until a few days before the event.
- We recommend you arrive when doors open (illustrated on your tickets) to ensure ample time for you to avail of the hospitality.
Directions
- Please enter via the Odyssey Place entrance. On entry please proceed to the lift directly to the left upon entry. Take the lift to the 2nd floor.
The Hospitality
- Please note: food & beverages cannot be brought into the venue from outside sources
- ‘Last Orders’ are taken at the end of the event and should be consumed within 1 hour.
- Due to licensing restrictions, alcoholic beverages cannot be taken outside of the Arena
